Thomas B. Powell - Will - written 2 April 1862. All estate real and personal, money & debts in care of Brother John M. Powell for sole benefit of testator's daughter Donna Versa. Wife Mary Ann to live on premises during her widowhood with no power to sell same. Children by first wife (viz) Mary A. M. Rice, Joseph J. Powell, Jemima A. G. Cobb, and Matilda J. Cobb to have nothing more than he has given them. If daughter Donna Versa dies without issue, estate to heirs of former lawful children. Executor: Brother John M. Powell. Test: Tho W. Graves, N. W.
