On July 10, 1873, Joseph Fleming sold to Felicia W. Gordon, both of Caswell County, the Milton Hotel property for $1,600. Deed Book KK, 10 July 1873.
Felicia and Henry Gordon
To this union were born 12 children, one being Felix R. Gordon who married Betie Allen. In addition to other descendants, Mrs. Oscar E. Trent and Mrs. Frank T. Owen, both of Danville, Va., are granddaughters. The will of Mrs. Felicia W. Gordon was dated June 9, 1886 and witnessed by Lewis A. Walker.
