Born in Caswell County, North Carolina, he was the offspring of the late Nannie and Thomas Pinnix, Sr. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during Korean Conflict. Survivors are: siblings, Willie Raymond Pinnix (Floretta), Robert Taylor Pinnix (Hairlene), Alma Pinnix Lee (James), Carol Motley (Wesley) and Barbara Jean Pinnix Graves (Billy); other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from the chapel of Baker Isaac Funeral Home, 985 Stratford Avenue, Bridgeport, Conn. 06607.
