Accordingly, the marriage date of 1753 may be a year too early. Note also that many believe that Isabella Lea was not the first wife of John Graves. The birth year of 1761 comes from Ancestry.com One World Tree, which also claimed that she was born in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, which is incorrect. Her parents had moved to Caswell County by the mid-1750's. Thus, this birth year is suspect.
