Carolina Caswell located this cemetery by Caswell County NC Map Book 1 page 81, Map Book 2 page 387 and Deed Book 118 page 37. Carolina Caswell conducted a photographic survey in March 2011. Additional surveys were conducted in 2009 and 2010 by Vickie Cox. "In 1956 by Richard Aldridge of Anderson Township, Caswell County, N. C. and presented to (J. Burch Blaylock, Caswell Co NC Register of Deeds) for recording. This Apple Cemetery is located on the road leading from Dove's Crossroads toward Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church and is located not very far from said Church." (1956 J.
