Sandra Sticher Everett, 71, of 9 Bertha Wilson Road, Providence, NC died on April 21, 2016 in Roman Eagle Memorial Home after being in declining health for the past several months. Mrs. Everett was born in Winston-Salem, NC on December 15, 1944 a daughter to the late Carl Lee Sticher and Geraldine Farrah Shipley Sticher. Mrs. Everett had lived in the Blanch and Providence communities of Caswell County most all of her life where she was a homemaker. She was a member of Broad Creek Christian Church in New Bern, NC. On November 1, 1963, she married Oliver Lee Everett, Jr. who died on June 8, 1994.
Mrs. Everett is survived by two daughters, Tammy Everett Ward & husband George of Providence, NC, Mary Beth Everett Houston & husband Jeff of New Bern, NC, two sons, Michael A. Everett of Providence, NC and James D. “Bull” Everett of Blanch, NC, one sister Donna S. Taylor & husband Jerry of Dry Fork, VA, four grandchildren, Matthew Houston, Bennett Houston, William Ward & Andy Ward.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Everett will be conducted on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. from the Graveside in the Providence Baptist Cemetery by Chpln Donald Davis. The family will receive friends at Wrenn-Yeatts Funeral Home, Yanceyville Chapel on Sunday from 1:00 to 2: 30 p.m. and at other times they will be at the residence of George & Tammy Ward, 3404 Shady Grove Road, Providence, NC 27315. Wrenn-Yeatts Yanceyville Chapel is respectfully serving the Everett family.
