Lucy Page Page, 95, formerly of 1152 Pagetown Road, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell. Funeral services were held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday December 14, 2010 at Bush Arbor Primitive Baptist Church with Elder David Underwood, Rev. Darrell Massey, Bishop Steve Page and Rev. Johnathan Massey. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Mrs. Page was born in Caswell County to the late Thomas and Sally Page Page. She was a homemaker and of the Primitive Baptist faith. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Page; son, Dale Page; two brothers and one sister.
Survivors include her son Lindsey Page and wife, Myra; daughter, Shirley Massey; six grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandson; brother, Melvin Page and wife, Betty Lou. The family received friends Monday, December 13, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the home. Special thanks to family, friends and staff of the Hospice Home for the care given to Mrs. Page.
