James Bartlett Upchurch, 32, of Yanceyville, died at Sanatorium yesterday after a long illness. Funeral services will be held at the Yanceyville Baptist Church this afternoon at 3 o'clock.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Carolyn Moore Upchurch, two sons, W. M. and James B. Jr., both of Yanceyville; his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Upchurch of Yanceyville; two brothers, Norman of Yanceyville and Frederick of Greensboro; one sister, Emmy Lou of Yanceyville; an uncle, Frank D. Upchurch of Durham; and an aunt, Mrs. N. C. Carlton of Durham.
